利用規約

1. 本規約への同意

PandaShengci（以下「本アプリ」）をダウンロード・利用することにより、ユーザーは本規約に同意したものとみなされます。

2. 提供内容

本アプリは、中国語（HSK 3.0 基準）の単語学習機能を提供します。HSK 1級は無料でご利用いただけます。HSK 2級以降のコンテンツは、有料サブスクリプション「PandaShengci Pro」への加入によりご利用いただけます。

3. サブスクリプション

• プラン: 月額プラン および 年額プラン（いずれも自動更新）。各プランには7日間の無料トライアルが付きます。
• お支払いは、購入確定時にお客様のApple IDアカウントに請求されます。
• サブスクリプションは、現在の期間終了の少なくとも24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、自動的に更新され、同額が請求されます。
• 更新の管理・解約は、購入後にお客様のApp Storeアカウント設定から行えます。
• 無料トライアル期間中に解約した場合、料金は発生しません。無料トライアルの未使用分は、サブスクリプション購入時に失効します。
• 価格は地域により異なる場合があり、App Store上の表示価格が適用されます。

4. 返金

購入・返金はApple社のポリシーに従います。返金のご要望はApple社へ直接お問い合わせください。

5. 知的財産

本アプリおよびそのコンテンツ（単語データ・例文・解説・デザイン等）に関する権利は、本アプリの提供者に帰属します。個人的な学習目的を超えた複製・再配布を禁じます。

6. 免責事項

本アプリは学習補助を目的として現状有姿で提供されます。コンテンツの正確性・完全性について努力しますが、これを保証するものではなく、本アプリの利用により生じたいかなる損害についても責任を負いません。

7. 規約の変更

本規約は必要に応じて改定されることがあります。改定後に本アプリを継続して利用した場合、変更に同意したものとみなされます。

1. Acceptance

By downloading or using PandaShengci ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Use.

2. What We Provide

The App provides Chinese vocabulary learning based on the HSK 3.0 standard. HSK Level 1 is free. HSK Level 2 and above are available through the paid subscription "PandaShengci Pro."

3. Subscriptions

• Plans: Monthly and Yearly (both auto-renewing). Each plan includes a 7-day free trial.
• Payment is charged to your Apple ID account upon confirmation of purchase.
• The subscription automatically renews and is charged the same amount unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel renewals in your App Store account settings after purchase.
• If you cancel during the free trial, no charge is made. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
• Prices may vary by region; the price shown in the App Store applies.

4. Refunds

Purchases and refunds are subject to Apple's policies. Please contact Apple directly for refund requests.

5. Intellectual Property

All rights to the App and its content (vocabulary data, example sentences, notes, design, etc.) belong to the App's provider. Reproduction or redistribution beyond personal study is prohibited.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" for study assistance. While we strive for accuracy and completeness, we do not guarantee it and are not liable for any damages arising from use of the App.

7. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated as needed. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
